A: Please strictly read the instruction of your kayak. The recommended pressure may differ from the model. Any higher you risk over inflating and damage. 

A: Only suit for the kayaks of hybrid collection and touring collection. Just note you may get some cosmetic scratches in the deck pad from the pup's claws.

A: Absolutely! We prefer to spend time on the water as opposed to inflating and deflating our kayaks. If you do store your kayak while inflated, make sure to drop the air pressure down if you're keeping your kayak somewhere not temperature controlled; heat causes air to expand.

A: There is a little spring pin inside that locks itself in two positions: Deflating position and inflating position. To switch from deflating to inflating, simply push the pin and the pin will lock itself in a up position and the air will not be able to come out unless you push the pin down again.

A: It is highly recommended to wear a personal flotation device, and a wetsuit in cooler conditions. Make sure to protect yourself from the sunlight, especially when paddling close to the coast, or you may easily get sunburn.

A: Clean the kayak after use with fresh water and mild soap. We suggest remove dirt, sand, and salt water. Use towels to wipe away dirt when necessary. Remember to remove your fins before you clean your fin box. Completely dry your board then store it in anywhere avoiding direct sunlight.

A: The new propeller is only less than half of the power when it leaves the factory. Please charge it before using it for the first time. The charging port is inside the black protective cover on the top of the propeller. When charging starts, the indicator light will be red. When fully charged, the indicator light turns to be green.

A: When the propeller has just been used, the battery is still in a hot state at this time, and the indicator light of inserting the charger will continuously flash to warn that the battery cannot be charged. Wait until the battery cools down before charging.

A: When the propeller is continuously plugged and unplugged the charging head twice in the charging state, the indicator light will flash alternately. At this point, press the power button of the remote control immediately, that is, the pairing is successful, if not, please repeat the above operation.

A: The following situations will cause the remote control to fail to connect to the propeller:

1. The signal may be dropped due to surrounding environmental factors, please re-pair.
2. The propeller is being charged and the remote control cannot control the propeller.
3. The main engine of the propeller is set to overheat protection, and it needs to be cooled before remote control.

A: The power indicator of the remote control is also the connection signal light of the propeller. When the remote control is not successfully connected to the propeller, the indicator light will flash.

A: The battery indicator on the remote control is also the propeller battery indicator. When it is green, it means that the propeller battery has 100% power, when the indicator light is blue, it has 75% power, when the indicator light is yellow, it has 50% power, and when the indicator light is red, it has 25% power.

A: The propeller has a total of 20 gears, and the default is the 10th gear to start. The left and right buttons on the remote control adjust the speed, and the up and down buttons are for forward and backward. When switching forward and backward, the speed defaults to the previous speed.

A: The following situations will cause the propeller to fail to start:

1. When the propeller is in the charging state, the propeller cannot be started at this time. Because the battery cannot be charged and discharged at the same time.
2. The propeller is equipped with overload protection, and the remote control is required to restart the propeller to run at a slow speed after long-lasting running.
3. The propeller is set to overheat protection, it needs to cool down for a while, restart the propeller after long-lasting running.
4. The propeller cannot be started when running out of battery, and it needs to be recharged.
5. The propeller motor is damaged, and the propeller cannot be started. Contact the dealer for replacement or repair.
